Shipping and Handling

SHIPPING

We strive to get our customers their orders in a timely manner. Orders typically take up to 3 business day to be processed therefore items can take from 3 to 7 business days to be shipped. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day (Monday).  

 

TRACKING MY ORDER

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. 

 

PRE-ORDER/CUSTOM ORDER

Items purchased on pre-order or custom order are subject to varying shipping times per the item description and pre-order policy. Items purchased on pre-order may take between 2-4 weeks to be delivered. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery for your ENTIRE order. Email us at popofluxe@gmail.com if you would like to arrange an alternative.

Please note: Delivery dates included in the description of items are approximate and subject to change.

 

DELAYS

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during high volume seasons such as holidays and sales. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame. Any orders placed on these days, or AFTER cut-off on the day before, will be dispatched the following business day. We will continue to ensure your order gets to you ASAP, however, we do appreciate your patience. Pop of Luxe is not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or the other shipping carriers we work with.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Pop of Luxe is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once tracking is issued via email. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. Customer pays reshipping fee to have order resent. 

Steps to take If packages get lost or stolen:

1. File Claim with courier
2. Wait for courier investigation results. Depending on results items may reship.
3. File police report
